Welcome to my website, my name is Trevor Madden and I’ve been a real estate broker since 2006. I acquired a wealth of experience during my time as a National Director of Affordable Housing Investment Sales with a national privately held commercial real estate brokerage and mortgage banking firm. In that capacity I worked with a network of local brokers and advised buyers and sellers nationwide on complex affordable housing transactions. In the spring of 2023, I stepped away from that roll and decided to focus on properties in the Mountain West. In addition to brokering Apartment Complexes, Commercial Properties, High End Homes, and Recreational Properties I have also been a Fly-Fishing guide and Outfitter in Montana since 2005.

I have fly fished extensively all over the world including New Zealand, Alaska, Belize, the Bahamas, Mexico, Florida, and all over the Mountain West. While I don’t guide as much as I used to, I can still be found in the middle of the boat on occasion.
